Percy The Train Blueberry Cake

This blueberry cake was ordered for a 4 yo's birthday. The cake is chocolate with blueberries and delicious buttercream. The buttercream used on this cake is different from the buttercream normally used so its texture is light and less sweet. Very much like whipped cream, but richer. It tastes divine.

Since the birthday girl loves percy the train, we made some miniature trains as toppers for the cake. Everything is edible.
